From the first time I saw you in our Institute class I knew I wanted to get to know you better. And after 9 years of marriage and 3 (maybe 4 by now) kids, I continue to want to get to know you better and be with you more and more. I think that you are truly an amazing person and I have and can learn so much from you.
I think that you are the prefect role model for our little girls and I hope that Brad will one day find a girl like you to marry in the temple.
You have been a most support wife with my career and the many moves. So much that I feel that this is not my career, but truly our career. Every promotion and raise is in part due to you.
Surely we have had our ups and downs, but the ups have been the greatest ups ever.
It seems like a lot of your friends and family have liked this list thing as a way to remember you, so I'll give it a try. Things I love and remember the most about the years I've know you (not in any other):
- Meeting in institute
- Every time you tell the story of how you felt when I spoke in the fireside
- The whale watching trip on our honeymoon
- All the MLB games
- The Trip to DC
- Meeting your uncle Vern
- That fast Vegas Temple Trip from Cedar
- Our Wedding
- The Bike trip that we got lost on
- Finding out that we were pregnancy with Belle
- Looking through your scrapbook at pictures of your dad and deciding to name Belle after his mother
- Finishing the Book of Mormon Challenge in the hospital that night Abby was born
- Finding out that we were pregnant with a boy, Brad
- Preparing for Lizzy to come
- Cramming in that Bethel Duplex for two years
- The friendships we built together in Sherman
- Watching every game of the 2007 Red Sox postseason together
- You helping me with my writing
And many, many more.
I love you Bethany and our children love you, Happy Birthday.
Love,
Danny, Belle, Abby, Brad and maybe Lizzy is here by now
