To a wonderful woman, friend and Mother.  Happy 30th birthday Bethany!   Your 30's are great!  In your 30's you know what you want, you are on the path to getting them and you can see the goal being achieved.  In your 30's you start to wish you had the body that you once had in your 20's, but then you think to yourself while looking in a mirror "if I look this good when I am 40, I will be HOT!".   Enjoy your 30's they are great...I should know I am almost out of them!  So sad.  Love you, Kara Foulk
